As one of the conveners of the alliance, Yan Min, general manager of Wuhan Hexingkang Technology Co., LTD., said that the alliance will be committed to building a professional and industry-oriented cooperation platform to help alliance members improve their research, development, experiments and service levels in animal experimental-related fields, "to achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, and bring new breakthroughs in the field of experimental animals."

According to Zhu Xiangtao, general manager of Hubei Innovative Translational Medicine Research Institute Co., LTD., the initiator of the Alliance has been focusing on the research and development of experimental animals for a long time, and has experimental animal groups at all levels from small animals to medium-sized animals, large animals and non-human primates. It can provide complete supporting services covering ultrasonic imaging, biochemical detection, surgical teaching, drug screen evaluation, life information support, medical equipment supply, animal model construction of human diseases and other application fields.

In this regard, Wen Zhongwen, market manager of Mindray Animal Medical China, said that animal testing as an important part of medical device registration and approval is an important way to ensure human health and safety, "The establishment of the alliance is of great benefit to practitioners in the region to carry out technical cooperation, resource sharing, standardization of test methods and other aspects, and is very optimistic about the development of Hubei animal experimental industry cluster."
